RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.20213/2022 by the order dated 15.11.2022 to appear the petitioner before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALASUBRAMANIAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20213 of 2022, dated 15.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.15971 of 2022 respondent police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
