Heard Mr. M.Karl Marx, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.S.Selvaganesan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Contempt Petition has been prosecuted for non-compliance of the order dated 21.04.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 7586 of 2022 passed by this Court.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 19096/2022/X2 dated 06.02.2023 issued by the Respondent in furtherance to the aforesaid order, which is placed on record. 4.

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
