ORDER
This Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time''.
2. This Court has already disposed of the Writ Petition, by order dated 03.06.2025, directing the the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of I.D.No.20 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3. Now, the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli, vide his Letter in D.No.43, dated 21.01.2026, requested three months' time to dispose of the said Industrial Dispute.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.01.2026, the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the said I.D.No.20 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of the request made by him. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
