ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in I.D.O.P.No.164 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur to be transferred to Family Court, Trichy.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner / wife is maintaining her special child and she finds difficulty to travel to Karur for every hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband submits that personal appearance of the respondent / husband may be dispensed with.

4. Considering the above said facts, I.D.O.P.No.164 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Karur, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Trichy. The learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy is hereby directed not to insist upon the personal appearance of the respondent / husband, unless it is compulsory. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm TO:
