ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and 380 IPC, in Crime No. 22 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant assaulted him with hands and abused him in filthy language and taken away 17 sovereigns of gold jewels. Hence, the case has been registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and her name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the the property has not been recovered. The petitioner herein is having seven previous cases and the investigation of the case is pending. 2/3

5. Considering the nature of serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and that she is having seven previous cases and that the property has not been recovered, she is not entitled for discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.
