This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the departmental proceedings initiated by 1st respondent made in Ku.No.011967/844/NiPi/C1/Ko.O.Na/2022 dated 28.11.2022 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court based on thee petitioners representation dated 25.08.2025.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the fact that departmental proceedings has been initiated as early as in the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the same within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
