ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.492 of 2024, dated 23.09.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
