ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to make proper investigation in Crime No.1142/2021, on the file of Oddanchatram Police Station, Dindigul District, under the Supervision of first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the present case and the case in Crime No. 1143 of 2021 are case and case in counter. In both the cases, investigation is almost completed and charge sheets will be filed shortly before the jurisdictional Court.

3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1142 of 2021 and file charge sheet, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
