No.20298 of 2022 dt.16.11.2022 and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K.M., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20298 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15954 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20298 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the third petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
