ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Cr.M.P.No.2567 of 2022 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, dated 26.08.2022 in Crime No.41 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police and set aside the same.

2. While passing the modification order, the Special Court has directed the petitioner to produce the vehicle on first working day of every english calender month before the respondent Police Station. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has spent Rs.1,000/- to produce the vehicle before the respondent Police Station, the above said Police Station is 50 k.m. away from the place of petitioner's residence.

3. Considering the distance between the respondent Police and the place of residence of the petitioner, the condition of the order dated 26.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to produce the vehicle once in three months at about 10.30 a.m., before the Thiruthangal Police Station, Virudhunagar District. 2/4
