[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in the public road in Survey No.160 of Periya Olaikkudipatti, Sivagangai Taluk and District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment in the subject land, as alleged by the petitioner, has already been removed and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
