Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct detailed enquiry on petitioner's representation/appeal dated 28.10.2020 and to dispose the same within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and pass a final order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall hear the third and fourth respondents and any other interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions are left open. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
