************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent from altering or modifying the existing North South Tar Road adjacent to 6 Track Trichy - Madurai Highway in Gandhi Nagar, Graford, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that 2/5

the allegation of the petitioner is totally false and misleading the Court and the third respondent is no way blocking the road as alleged by the petitioner. Therefore, learned Counsel prays for dismissal of this Writ Petition.

3.In the light of the said stand taken by the third respondent, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
