This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the 1st Respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioners concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, in C.C.No.117 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
