2.This writ petition was filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2017, wherein the petitioner had sought to waive the agricultural loan availed by the petitioner in the year 2007. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent Bank, on instructions, submits that initially when the petitioner was provided with OTS Scheme, the petitioner failed to avail the same. Now, another OTS scheme was provided to the petitioner under the Rinn Samathan Scheme 2023-2024 and the outstanding due amount is fixed at Rs.4,22,000/-. The petitioner had also acceded to the same. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, this Writ Petition is closed.
