This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.525 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
