ORDER

The petitioner approached this Court to transfer the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent on account of that the second respondent deleted some of the accused' name from the record.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that final report in Crime No.12 of 2023 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, in E Filing No.C 202400095, on 22.04.2024.

3. Recording above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate petition to seek further remedy as per law.
