O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The third respondent, District Primary Educational Officer, Virudhunagar District appeared before this Court pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 05.02.2024. His presence is recorded.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the first to fourth respondents would submit that earlier, the fifth respondent school was under the control of the third respondent and is presently under the control Page No. 2 of 5

of the District Educational Officer, Virudhunagar. It is submitted that recognition was granted in the year 2018 and a new committee has been constituted and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no instructions on the same.

5. Considering the nature of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, I am of the view, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
