ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the Rowdy list History Sheet in H.S.No. 37/2001, pending on the file of the third respodent Police Station, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2022.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Government Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
