ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11889 of 2025, dated 16.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 33 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 33 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.11889 of 2025, dated 16.07.2025 is relaxed. (S S Y J) 15.09.2025 jbr 2/4
