This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a Final Report in Crime No.366 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation is almost completed and the same will be completed within a period of two months.

3. In view of the submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
