PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13554 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13554 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 23 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 23 days and that the trial has commenced, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13544 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail."

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
