The petitioner herein is the complainant. He lodged a complaint before the first respondent police, on 11.01.2013. Now, he approached this Court for transferring the investigation related to the complaint given by the complainant, dated 11.01.2013, from the first respondent to CBCID.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate made submission as on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered and after completing investigation the final report has been filed before the TANPID Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.8/2015. Further he added that the case was posted on 19.02.2018 for the examination of witnesses. The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. Thereby, the prayer sought by the petitioner becomes infructuous. Hence, this Petition is closed.
