ORDER

The order passed by the Co~operative Tribunal is to be challenged by way of Civil Revision Petition and not by way of Writ Petition. 2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition as early as in the year 2017.

3.Any petition challenging the order passed by the Co~operative Tribunal, can only be filed as a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as the Co~operative Tribunal comes within the ambit of Article 227(1) of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to convert the Writ Petition into the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 4.The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file a Civil Revision Petition before this Court within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
