PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos. 12274 & 12276 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025.

COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12274 & 12276 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. He further submitted that the petitioner has nine previous cases.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed 2/4

against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)Nos.12274 & 12276 of 2025 on 22.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)Nos.12274 & 12276 of 2025 on 22.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week at 05.00 p.m., until further orders except on hearing dates. On hearing dates, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court.
