ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks re-issuance of passport. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the second respondent submits that the petitioner was involved in two cases. In one case, he pleaded guilty and paid fine. The other case is pending at the FIR stage. There cannot be any impediment to process the petitioner's application. The first respondent is directed to process the petition mentioned application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. This Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
