PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9934 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9934 of 2025, dated 16.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the observation made by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, while granting the order pertains to the alleged illegal transaction of cardamom and that the prosecution has not substantiated how the offence under Section 112 of BNS is made out.

3. In view of the above, condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9934 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025 is deleted. The time granted for production of surety is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
