ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR registered in Crime No.211 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.211 of 2024, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Kodaikanal and he undertakes to furnish the copy of the said Final Report to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
