As against the orders of the Special Deputy Collector (Stamp Duty), the petitioner filed an 1/3

appeal before the Inspector General of Registration and the appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected. A copy of the order is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the appeal in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
