Heard the learned counsel on either side and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4.

2. The petitioner complaints that he has been made to spent a sum of Rs.10,000/- unnecessarily for getter water connection.

3. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The third respondent is directed to look into the petitioner's complaint and take remedial action if necessary.
