O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by an aspirant to the post of Junior Co-oprative Auditor seeking a mandamus to issue allotment order to the said post.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission brought to the notice of this Court that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by way of proceedings dated 22.08.2024 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner through E-mail. However, the receipt of the said communication is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, a copy of the communication is handed over today, to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3.In view of the above said facts, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent herein dated 22.08.2024, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
