ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a mandamus directing the respondents not to compel him to affix the sticker related with Health Department in the petitioner's vehicle.
2.When the writ petition came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that petitioner's vehicle was engaged by the Department on contract basis for 2/4
a period of two years from 01.10.2017 to 31.12.2018. The contract period itself is over and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index :
