ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd to shift the TASMAC shop No.8061 from S.No.19/1B of Maravan Vayal, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur to some other place.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC shop submits that the TASMAC has been shifted from the disputed place to another place.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
