Mr.R.Suresh Kumar Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PRAYER:- To order to modify the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioners/accused in Crl.MP No.4653 of 2023, dated 20/10/2023 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

ORDER: The Court made the following order:- This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition No.3 imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.MP No.4653 of 2023, dated 20/10/2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed a petition in Crl.MP No.4777 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram to modify the condition imposed against them, but 1/3

that was dismissed, on 01/11/2023. It is further submitted that the petitioners have to travel 200 kms from their locality to comply the condition imposed by the trial court. So they seeks modification of the condition imposed by the trial court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that now the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd condition imposed by the trial court is modified and the petitioners shall appear once in a month at 10.30 a.m before the respondent police until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original original petition is ordered. sd/- 08/11/2023 / TRUE COPY / /12/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
