For Petitioners : Mr.S.Sundarapandian For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan for R1 & R2 Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the respondents 3 & 4 to defreeze the petitioner's Bank accounts bearing State Bank of India Account No. 38825202817, at PB Branch, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 83 and in Indian Bank Account No.419387528 at Guindy, Chennai - 32, maintained in the 3rd and 4th respondents Bank within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the account that has been maintained by this petitioner in Indian Bank, Guindy, a huge transaction has occurred to the tune of Rs.4,74,000/- . Therefore, the above said account has been freezed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the account that is maintained by the petitioner in Indian Bank, Chennai, he has not any grievance now.

Chennai, he has received his salary. Therefore, for that limited purpose the petitioner may be permitted to operate the account maintained in State Bank of India, Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

4.In view of the submissions made by the counsels on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

1. For getting his salary only, the petitioner shall be permitted by the competent Authority to operate his account in Account No. 38825202817, maintained in State Bank of India, at PB Branch, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 83, alone.

2. In respect of the other account maintained in the Indian Bank, Guindy, Chennai, the petitioner shall not be permitted to make any transaction.

5.In respect of the above said terms, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
