PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, to dispose of the Crl M.P No. 3167 of 2021 in Crime No. 309 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.3167 of 2021 in Crime No.309 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though Cr.M.P.No. 3167 of 2021 was filed before two years, in spite of lapse of time, there is no progress. It has been simply adjourned without mentioning any reason.

3.Let the above said petition be disposed by the trial Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without unnecessarily adjourning the matter.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
