Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to return all the original educational certificates and other certificates of the petitioners which was deposited with the 5th and 6th respondent at the time of admission along with the post Graduation Educational Certificates as retained by the respondents herein, for the purpose of undergoing Super Speciality course by accepting the undertaking of the petitioners respectively. 2. The writ petitioners did their medical post graduation courses in the respective respondent colleges after executing bond that they will serve the Government of Tamil Nadu for a given period. The petitioners complying with the bond conditions have joined service also. At this stage, they got the seats in the super speciality courses. The petitioners have to produce the original educational certificates for verification.

3. The petitioners give an undertaking before this Court that after successfully completing the super speciality courses, they would serve the remaining bond period. This undertaking is recorded.

4. Since the interests of the State have been adequately taken care, the respondents are directed to return the original certificates entrusted to them to the respective writ petitioners. This shall be done by 14.11.2023 positively so as to enable the petitioners to produce the same on 15.11.2023 before the selection committee.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
