The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner's father in respect of the property in Survey No.719/1AE, Saruguvalayapatti, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on his representation dated 25.10.2017 within a time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition as the patta has already been transferred in favour of the petitioner by the third respondent pursuant to the transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
