PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to directing the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2021 in Crime No.309 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Lalgudi, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2021 in Crime No.309 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though Cr.M.P.No. 3168 of 2021 was filed before two years, there is no progress. It is simply adjourned without mentioning any reason for the adjournment. 3.Let the above said petition be disposed by the trial Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without unnecessarily adjourning the matter.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
