The petition has been filed to relax the condition to appear and sign before the Respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 11592 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is completed, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 11592 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 11592 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
