PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12659 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12659 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 21 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 21 days, the condition imposed by this 2/4
Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.12659 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
