For Respondent : Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 03.04.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2975 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.290 of 2025.

2. It is evident from the order passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2975 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.290 of 2025, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that one Muniyasekaran, an Ex. President of the Village Panchayat, is ready to stand as surety for the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that an affidavit was filed by the said Muniyasekaran, this Court while suspending the sentences, directed the said Muniyasekaran to stand as surety. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the said Muniyasekaran is not willing to stand as surety. Hence, he filed the present petition seeking modification to the said condition. 2/4

4. This Court, while granting suspension of sentence, relied on the affidavit filed by Muniyasekaran to stand as surety, granted bail . Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
