PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.483(1) r/w 528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 22.08.2025, made in Crl.A(MD)No.848 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.848 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.848 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025, is modified to the effect that 2/4

the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court in alternative weeks ie., on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
