ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from granting any permission to the fourth respondent for construction of a Christian Church in the residential colony at Plot No.62, Muthu Nagar, Vilachery Village, Nagamalai Pudukottai, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2017 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the fourth respondent has constructed a Church in the patta land.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if there is any violation, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
