This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from permitting the street vendors to do their business in front of the petitioner's trust building, namely Kandasamy Pillai Trust, situated in Door No.98, South Car Street, Seepalakottai Road, Chinnamanur, Theni District.

2.Today (20.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the writ petitioner has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
