This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi to dispose the above suit in O.S. No. 123 of 2024 on this file as expeditiously as possible and within the time fixed by this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit was originally instituted for partition as early as in the year 2009 and has been frequently transferred and now stands renumbered as O.S.No.123 of 2024 and the trial has been began in the suit and pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
