Heard Mr.K.Hema Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and none appeared for the second respondent.

2. This Writ Petition had been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent to close the enquiry proceedings. The petitioner had given a representation on 18.01.2017.

4. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
