ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) We do not find any apparent error on the face of the record. No case for reviewing the order has been made out. However, in the interest of justice, we direct the District Munsif Court, Periyakulam to dispose of O.S.No.96 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The review application is dismissed with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
