PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to remove the encroachments committed by the fourth respondent on the property situated at Ramnad District, Ramnad Taluk, Pattanamkathan Village Panchayat, Ohmsakthi Nagar, Aranmanaisalai (north south common pathway backside of Otrapanai Kaliamman Kovil), on the basis of the third respondent letter dated 26.09.2017, within a time stipulated by this Court. [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to remove the encroachments made by the fourth respondent on the property situated at Ramnad District, Ramnad Taluk, Pattanamkathan Village Panchayat, Ohmsakthi Nagar, Aranmanaisalai (North South Common Pathway Backside of Otrapanai Kaliamman Kovil), on the basis of the third respondent's letter dated 26.09.2017, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No. 18918 of 2020, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
