ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner's tractor with trailer was seized by the second respondent in the year 2018. Till date no prosecution has been launched. No other action has been initiated. The petition mentioned vehicle lies in the custody of the second respondent. It is not going to serve any purpose. I direct the respondents to handover the vehicle to the petitioner forthwith and without any delay. It is open to the respondent to take action open to them under law.
3. This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
